The lifting platform commonly referred to here, also known as the hydraulic lifting platform, is a type of lifting platform that uses a power unit to push gear oil to create working pressure, causing the oil cylinder piston rod to repeatedly move and push the lifting platform for cabinets and countertops. The lifting platform can be divided into fixed lifting platforms and mobile lifting platforms. Depending on the model specifications, cargo capacity, lifting height to width ratio, and countertop, the operating speed of the lifting platform varies. Therefore, the lifting speed of the lifting platform can be adjusted:
1、 Power unit adjustment, whether it is a scissor lift platform or a TTW guide lift platform, is operated by the power unit and oil cylinder. The power unit is equipped with four outlet holes during production and manufacturing, which can be adjusted in size to increase or decrease the total flow of gear oil in the oil cylinder. People can adjust the motor, diesel engine speed, or hydraulic proportional valve according to (t ō ng gu ò) to adjust the total flow of gear oil;
2、 Oil pipeline manipulation, the longer the hydraulic oil pipeline, the longer the rise time of the hydraulic press. Therefore, during installation, the length of the oil pipeline should be reduced as much as possible within the allowable range of the design scheme; On the basis of adjusting the power unit, adjustments can also be made to the size of the oil pipeline road, and relative adjustments can be made while ensuring that the machinery and equipment (sh è b è i) exceed all normal safety requirements.
3、 Oil cylinder control and specifications should be minimized as much as possible while considering the conditions specified in the design plan. The smaller the specifications of the oil cylinder, the faster the lifting speed.
4、 The load capacity of goods and the tonnage of goods transported at once also affect the speed of the elevator. Exceeding the prescribed value for transporting goods on the lifting platform is the guarantee of speed. If the emphasis is on speed, it will also harm the speed. If the goods are too light, it will also harm the normal transportation time.
