Hydraulic lifting platform is a mechanical equipment (sh è b è i) consisting of lifting mechanism, hydraulic press organization, electric control organization, and support point organization that can be lifted. It is widely used in various manufacturing enterprises and automatic production lines such as small cars, sea containers, mold processing, log processing, chemical plant canning, etc., considering the requirements of different working height to width ratios of lifts. 1. The hydraulic systems software should be activated to move the piston to a top position suitable for disassembly based on hydraulic working pressure. 2. Before dismantling, disconnect the switch power supply to terminate the fitness exercise of the hydraulic brake system. 3. In order to conduct a thorough analysis of the support condition of the hydraulic cylinder, search for common faults and causes of damage to the hydraulic cylinder, before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, the characteristics and installation directions of key components such as the cylinder barrel, piston rod, piston, and guiding sleeve should be marked and recorded. 4. In order to remove the hydraulic cylinder from the machine equipment (sh è b è i), the through pipes of the inlet and outlet ports must be removed first. The three-way joint of the piston rod web end and the installation anchor bolt (composed of the top of the head and the extruder screw) must be loosened completely. When disassembling, it is necessary to firmly prevent damage to the external threads at the top of the piston rod, the external threads of the oil hole, and the surface of the piston rod. For example, during disassembly, problematic impacts and sudden drops can damage the external threads or cause scratches on the surface of the piston rod. Therefore, attention should be paid to real-time control. 5. Due to the different structures and sizes of hydraulic cylinders, the disassembly sequence is also slightly different. Generally, the tightening anchor bolts or connecting rods of the bearing end cover need to be loosened first, and then the bearing end cover, piston rod, piston, and cylinder barrel need to be disassembled in sequence. When dismantling the piston and piston rod, be careful not to forcefully knock them out of the cylinder to prevent damage to the inner surface of the cylinder. {6}
