The platforms produced by the company are all hydraulic lifting platforms, which are driven by a power unit to generate pressure through hydraulic oil, causing the oil cylinder piston to reciprocate and drive the lifting platform to lift. The lifting platforms can be divided into fixed lifting platforms and mobile lifting platforms. Depending on the model, load capacity, lifting height, and workbench, the operating speed of the lifting platform varies. Therefore, the lifting speed of the elevator can be adjusted:

1、 Power unit adjustment, whether it is a scissor lift platform or a guide rail lift platform, is controlled by the power unit and oil cylinder. The power unit is equipped with four outlet holes during production, which can be adjusted in size to increase or decrease the hydraulic oil flow rate (unit: cubic meters per second) of the oil cylinder. We can adjust the hydraulic oil flow rate by (t ō ng gu ò) adjusting the motor, engine speed, or electro-hydraulic proportional valve;
2、 Oil pipe control: The longer the hydraulic oil pipe, the longer the rise time. Therefore, during installation, the length of the oil pipe should be minimized as much as possible within the design allowable range (f à n w é i); On the basis of adjusting the power unit, the size of the oil pipeline can also be adjusted, and corresponding adjustments can be made while ensuring that the equipment (sh è b è i) meets normal safety requirements.
3、 The load capacity of the goods and the tonnage of the transported goods also affect the speed of lifting and lowering. Reaching the value of the lifting platform for transporting goods is the guarantee of speed. If the goods are too heavy, it will affect the speed. If the goods are too light, it will also affect the normal transportation time.
4、 Oil cylinder control, oil cylinder size, may minimize the size of the oil cylinder as much as possible while meeting design requirements. The smaller the size of the oil cylinder, the faster the ascent speed.
But the overall lifting speed of the elevator is about 35 meters per minute, too fast will affect the service life of the equipment (sh è b è i)!
