1、 Compilation basis: Based on the user manual of the guide rail elevator, construction organization design, and on-site geological conditions.
2、 Preparation work before construction: (1) Inspect the work site for pits, ditches, hidden ditches, and holes, and check for high-voltage and communication lines above. If the above phenomena occur, take support measures. (2) Check for any obstacles on the entrance and exit roads. (3) The tools, toolboxes, rigging, rope buckles, safety helmets, safety belts, and other items used by various trades participating in the installation and dismantling of elevators (c ā n ji ā) shall be transported to the work site for backup.
3、 Foundation: The aluminum (Al) alloy elevator foundation has been processed by the civil construction unit (ch ǔ l ǐ).
4、 Basic requirements for safe operation: (1) Personnel involved in installation and dismantling must be familiar with the mechanical performance and structural characteristics of the elevator, and possess proficient operation and control techniques as well as the ability to troubleshoot general faults. (2) The workers involved in this work should have clear division of labor, each responsible for their own duties, with one person designated to direct the work and establish communication signals. (3) Adhere to all disciplines established to ensure safe production, carry complete safety equipment, and ensure that personnel working at heights meet the relevant regulations of the labor department. It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol. (4) In the event of snow, rain, heavy fog, or weather with wind speeds exceeding 13 meters per second, this operation shall not be carried out. (5) The transformer power grid at the construction site shall have a transformer capacity of not less than 100KVA.
5、 Inspection after installation: (1) Recheck whether each fastening point meets the requirements, and tighten if there is any looseness. (2) Check if all components are complete and in effective condition.
6、 Installation completed:
(1) The trial operation of the crane includes trial operation, static load test, and dynamic load operation. Before the previous step is qualified, the next step of trial operation cannot be carried out. ?
(2) Clean the tools, rigging, equipment (sh è b è i), and debris on the construction site.
(3) Personnel and equipment exit the site.
